Let me tell you about myself 
Since I began my career in real estate I wanted to provide my clients with any information and guidance necessary so that they can feel good about whatever real estate decision that they make and that transactions run smoothly. So many people feel that they were previously mislead or over promised by a realtor and therefore in the end the process is not enjoyable and people walk away from a transaction feeling let down.

I promise to do everything possible to protect your best interests and needs.
I promise to explain in detail every step of the real estate transaction right down to what my own expectations are of my clients in order for the process to go smoothly.
This includes (If selling) educating you in the art of "Setting the Stage" to sell your home. This will ultimately result in achieving the best price possible in the desired time frame.
I also believe that networking with other Realtors®, arranging tours to show the home, creating appealing brochures for prospective purchasers and extensive advertising on the internet and in Home Buying literature are all essential elements to market your home properly.
I am the author of a real estate book that was published in 2005 “Get the best deal when selling your home”.
I have completed a three-part relocation course.
I have earned my e-Pro designation, which is a certification for Internet and technology professionals.
I have earned my ABR (Accredited Buyers Representative) designation and am therefore qualified to represent clients solely as a buyer’s agent. I have also earned my CRS (Certified Residential Specialist)designation which less than 5% of realtors in the country hold.

I was born and grew up in London, England. I worked in finance for over fifteen years. I began my career with Salomon Brothers in London where I worked on the trading floor for five years. I then moved to New York City in 1986 and worked the next ten years as a capital markets broker for Tullett-Liberty Inc
I enjoyed a long and successful career brokering money market instruments, foreign exchange and interest rate derivatives. The last five years at Tullett and Tokyo, I managed the medium term interest rate swap desk with a team of fifteen brokers and support staff.
All the experience I gained on the trading floor and working with my team, contributes immensely to my ability to guide homeowners through the financial and emotional process of buying and selling their homes while at the same time utilizing my negotiating skills to benefit my clients.
My husband Don and I have three children; Ten year old twins James & Danielle and Eight-year-old Charlotte.
When we decided to leave “Wall Street” We began the search for a city in the USA that would give our family the lifestyle we desired and at the same time the close proximity to a major metropolitan US city (as we did live in New York for so long). After visiting a friend from New York in Scottsdale we fell in love with the Sonoran Desert and the lifestyle that it provides for families and singles alike. We realized that we had found our families new home. 18 months later we left New York and moved to The Valley of the Sun. We now live happily at DC Ranch in North Scottsdale and are exited about helping others pursue their dreams.

Insurance >Title Insurance for Owners
If you finance your home, the lender will require you to purchase title insurance for the amount of your mortgage. You will be given the option of increasing the coverage to include your equity in the property. The owner's coverage fee is a one-time charge that protects your equity in your new home, including its appreciated value. Most experts agree that the additional coverage is a good idea.
Before your sale is finalized, the title company will inspect the public records and confirm the sellers' ownership of the property. They will look for any liens that may have been filed against the property, and that must be paid off before it can be sold. Even the most careful search, however, cannot guarantee that there was not an error at some point in the transfer of title during the chain of ownership. Title insurance is one of those things you will probably never need, but if you do, you will be very glad you have it!
