The troon Country Club is a private club located in the heart of Troon Village.
Since opening in 1986, Troon has been ranked among the top 100 golf courses in the world. Designed by Jay Morrish and Tom Weiskopf, Troon's Sonoran Desert golf course offers five tee locations ranging from 5,167 to 7,041 yards. Troon has design similarities to its namesake, Royal Troon in Scotland, where Mr. Weiskopf won the British Open in 1976.
Troon is one of the few Scottsdale private golf clubs that is member owned. Originally a developer owned club, it was purchased by the members in 1995.

Established some 27 years ago. It braved the desert with the Pinnacle Peak Mountain as its only neighbor. Following a survey done in 2000 and extensive series of focus groups, the membership voted to give Pinnacle Peak Country Club a full facelift.
The decision to completely renovate and add to the existing clubhouse has proven to be the right choice.
The total project cost was $4.85 million. The project was approved by the members in June 2002. Construction began in June 2003 and was finished in April 2004.
Interestingly, the club lost 29 of its 350 members upon starting the project. However, by project completion the club had attracted 29 new members (some of whom had resigned), and the new members brought in over $630,000 in new initiation fees. Today the club is one of a handful of clubs in the metropolitan area that have a waiting list for entry.

Closing or Settlement >Real Estate Repairs
In most real estate transactions there are a few responsibilities that the sellers need to handle before the closing, such as repairs and termite extermination. The deadline for completing these obligations usually coincides with the actual closing. Many sellers barely make that deadline. Those who wait until the last minute to handle these matters may miss the deadline altogether or pay high rates in order to get a plumber, roofer or electrician on an emergency basis.
Your buyers will probably get a structural inspection done after the contract is ratified. Within 10 days of the contract's acceptance by all parties, the pest inspection should be scheduled. Even though sellers usually know well in advance what is needed, they sometimes put things off until the buyers have finalized the loan approval process. Since these repairs will have to be made anyway, it is a good idea to get them done promptly.
